Visa facility
We provide the visa facility for every guest
Applying for the Sri Lanka ETA should not be confusing. We guide you step by step, check your details and supply the hotel confirmation you need.
How visa help works
Five simple steps
Check what applies to you
Send us your passport country and dates. We tell you which authorization you need and share the official link.
Prepare your details
Passport valid for six months after arrival, arrival date, first-night address and a payment card for the government fee.
Get your hotel confirmation
Because hotels booking is part of every tour, we send the accommodation confirmation the form asks for.
Apply with our guidance
You submit on the official site. We check your answers first and help on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
Keep your approval handy
Save the approval email on your phone and keep a printed copy. We meet you at arrivals.
Always use the official site. The Sri Lankan government issues the ETA. Apply only on the official portal at eta.gov.lk, and check current fees and rules there. We are a tour company, not a government agency, and we do not charge extra for the government application.
What to have ready
- Passport valid for at least six months after arrival
- Arrival date and where you will stay on night one
- A return or onward ticket
- A debit or credit card for the government fee
- An email address you check regularly

Visa questions
Do I need a visa to visit Sri Lanka?
Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or a visa before arriving. Requirements depend on your nationality and change from time to time, so tell us your passport country and we will point you to the right process and the official source.
What do you actually do for the visa?
We explain the steps, check your passport and travel details before you submit, provide the hotel confirmation the application asks for, and stay on WhatsApp while you apply. You submit the application yourself on the official government website.
Are you a government agency?
No. We are a private tour company. The ETA is issued by the Sri Lankan government, and its fees and rules are set by the immigration authorities. We never charge you extra for the government application.
How early should I apply?
A few days to a couple of weeks before you travel is usual. Approval is often quick, but giving yourself extra time avoids stress. Check the validity period on your approval.
What if my plans change after I apply?
Message us. Depending on what changes, you may need to update or reapply. We will tell you what the official process requires.
