By using this website or enquiring about a tour you agree to these terms.

Packages and quotes

Tours on this website are example itineraries. We do not publish prices online. After your enquiry we send a written quote that lists what is included, and the quote is valid for the period stated on it. Hotels booking and visa guidance are part of our service as described in each quote.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and any deposit stated in the quote has been received. Payment methods, deposits and cancellation terms are agreed in the quote.

Visa and entry requirements

We provide guidance on the Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorization, but the authorization is issued by the Sri Lankan government and the decision, fees and rules are theirs. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct authorization for your nationality.

Changes and cancellations

We may change an itinerary because of weather, road, park or safety conditions, and we will offer the closest suitable alternative. Cancellation terms are stated in your quote.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and personal belongings.

Liability

We act with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural events, strikes or government action, or for the acts of third-party suppliers, except where the law requires otherwise.

Content and photos

Photographs are licensed images credited on our photo credits page. Other content belongs to Suri Tours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
